Role overview
We are looking for a technically strong Unity Developer who enjoys building games that feel great to play and can move fast without breaking quality. This role blends rapid prototyping and iteration with solid engineering fundamentals. Depending on the product, you may work on hybrid casual mobile prototypes driven by engagement and advertising metrics, narrative adventure titles with puzzles and branching dialogue, or high polish rhythm and 3D experiences.
You will work closely with designers, artists, and producers, owning game features end to end in Unity and helping keep the project playable, stable, and shippable.
What you will be doing
You will prototype new gameplay ideas quickly, validate mechanics, and iterate based on player behaviour and data. You will implement core features and systems in Unity using C#, improve performance, fix bugs, and keep the codebase maintainable. You will help establish asset and development pipelines so the team can build content smoothly and consistently. You will integrate and work with analytics and advertising SDKs when required, and use metrics such as retention, CPI, and engagement to guide improvements. You will support production readiness by debugging crashes, analysing issues from live or test builds, and improving stability on iOS and Android. You will collaborate with a mixed team including junior designers and freelancers, helping with implementation and mini game logic where needed.
Key responsibilities
Rapid prototyping of mobile game concepts and gameplay loops
Feature implementation in Unity with clean, high performance C#
Iterating from user engagement and monetisation data where applicable
Integrating advertising SDKs and analytics tools for measurement
Establishing content pipelines, maintaining the project structure, and improving workflow
Debugging, profiling, and production crash analysis
Platform support for mobile builds including iOS and Android SDK considerations
Working closely with designers, artists, and producers to keep scope realistic and delivery moving
Required experience
Strong professional Unity experience and solid C# skills. You can implement systems confidently, diagnose problems quickly, and communicate clearly within a team. You understand the importance of polish, stability, and performance, and you can keep momentum in a fast moving environment.

Experience with advertising networks such as Unity Ads or similar. Interest in narrative driven games, puzzles, and dialogue systems. Willingness to support occasional overtime during milestone periods.
What you get
