Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities under the guidance of the teacher.
* Monitor and support the progress of students both academically and socially.
* Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters a sense of security and encourages student participation.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support individual student needs.
* Adapt communication style to suit the needs of individual students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar, preferably within an inclusive education setting.
2. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with diverse learning needs.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
