Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a range of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Maintain an organised reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
* Handle correspondence and manage office supplies inventory effectively.
Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties will be advantageous.
