We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our Team at Fowler Welch Spalding on a Full time and permanent position.
Shift:
* Any 4 from 7- to be agreed during interview and in line with site requirements.
* Any 5 from 7 - to be agreed during interview and in line with site requirements.
Working hours:
* 06:00am-16:00pm.
* 06:00am-18:00pm.
* 08:00am-18:00pm.
* 12:00pm-00:00am.
Salary:
* Basic £12.21 per hour - £13.01 per hour.
* Saturday £15.04 per hour- £16.12 per hour.
* Sunday £16.76 per hour - £17.98 per hour.
Job Description
* To ensure you load/unload product strictly in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
* To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and dispatch loads.
* Reporting any trailer or MHE faults in line with Company procedures and ensuring VOR vehicles are placed in the designated areas.
* To remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
* To ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
* To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's productivity targets.
* Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
* Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller.
Qualifications
* Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.
* Experience of working within an environment where achieving deadlines and quality of work are critical.
* Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
* Conscientious and reliable nature.
* Positive 'can do' attitude.
