Are you passionate about driving growth, cultivating broker relationships, and making a meaningful impact? At MSL, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will play a key role in delivering our sales and distribution strategy while championing ethical selling and regulatory compliance.


What You'll Do

As our Client Relationship Manager, you’ll:

* Build and sustain strong broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
* Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
* Embed Consumer Duty principles into broker and partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
* Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
* Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring broker performance and ensuring accountability.
* Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.


About You

* Have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like Consumer Duty and are committed to compliance and transparency.
