We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join a vibrant and multicultural primary school in Reading. This large and inclusive school is proud of its diverse community and supportive leadership team. The position is a full-time maternity cover, with an immediate start date. The school is open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to develop their classroom practice in a nurturing environment. In this role, you will take full responsibility for a lovely Year 3 class. Planning, preparation, and assessment will be expected as part of the role, and you’ll work closely with the wider key stage team to ensure consistency and support. The school places a strong emphasis on creativity, pupil engagement, and inclusive learning.
