Key Responsibilities
* Planning and implementing engaging, age:appropriate activities for young children.
* Supporting childrens learning, development, and personal care.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive classroom atmosphere.
* Working closely with early years educators and parents to track child progress.
Requirements And Qualifications
* Must hold a valid Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Cache Level 3, or equivalent Early Years Educator certificate).
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, pre:school, or early years setting is highly preferred (but passionate newly qualified candidates are welcome ).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team:working skills.
* A nurturing, patient personality with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
