We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the Access Booking & Choice Department at Bolton Hospital.

Responsibilities:
1. Booking hospital transport for patients.
2. Handling clinical correspondence and appointment letters.
3. Managing referral letters and distributing them to relevant teams.
4. Ordering stationery and managing printing tasks from the Electronic Referral System.
5. Distributing post and faxes to appropriate team trays.
6. Managing team email accounts for booking follow-up appointments.
7. Using NHS.NET for printing referral letters and updating referral/waiting lists.
8. Booking follow-up appointments for ward discharges.
9. Managing Choose and Book referrals and printing from the Electronic Referral System.
10. Filing referrals and preparing them for health records.
11. Inputting referrals and waiting lists into the system.
12. Booking patients from waiting lists, including contacting patients and confirming appointments.
13. Adding cardio cards to LE2.2 system for referrals, waiting lists, and bookings.
