An international semiconductor company based in Glasgow is seeking a MOSFET Design Engineer to design high-performance power MOSFETs. Responsibilities include the specification and development of new discrete products, conducting design experiments, and providing technical support to enhance product reliability and yield. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Physics or Electronics and possess knowledge of power semiconductor devices and fabrication processes.
