Responsibilities

Training & Enablement Leadership

1. Lead the planning, development, and delivery of global clinical product training programs.
2. Build and execute enablement strategies that ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
3. Oversee the creation, review, and continual enhancement of training content, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment.
4. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, product leaders, SMEs, and global business partners to ensure training meets audience needs.

Curriculum Development

5. Collaborate with learning architects and subject matter experts to define training requirements and ensure content is fit‑for‑purpose.
6. Design and develop eLearning modules and structured learning pathways for the Waters Academy – Clinical Learning Management Platform.
7. Continuously assess training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and KPI insights.

Training Delivery, Logistics & Administration

8. Plan and coordinate global training logistics, including system readiness, training materials, and scheduling.
9. Deliver high-quality training sessions globally, both in‑person and virtually.
10. Manage Waters Academy – Clinical licenses, user administration, and content organization.
11. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training impact and adoption.

Qualifications

Education:

12. BS/BSc or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
13. MS/MSc or PhD preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience:

14. Demonstrated project management experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
15. Experience designing, developing, and delivering technical product training.
16. Extensive hands-on experience with Waters’ products (LC‑MS/MS) or comparable technologies.
17. Previous experience with medical devices or clinical applications preferred.

18. Strong planning and project management abilities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
19. Ability to interpret, simplify, and communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts.
20. Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
21. Adaptability in dynamic environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
22. Comfortable engaging with SMEs, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership.
23. A positive, team-oriented attitude supporting the mission of the Global Clinical Customer Success team.
