We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly primary school team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons across all year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
You will have the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects, adapt to different classroom environments, and make a positive impact on pupils’ progress and wellbeing.

Salary: £120 - £150 per day
Starting date: Monday 5th January 2026 or ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum during PPA cover.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff to ensure smooth transitions.
* Assess and record pupil progress where required.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across primary phases.
* Strong classroom management and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
