As a Sr Estimating Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the estimation department. This position involves leading a team of estimators, managing the estimation process, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop accurate and competitive project bids. The Senior Estimating Supervisor ensures that the estimating team produces high-quality work that aligns with the organization's objectives and standards. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids, supporting the organization's growth and profitability. You will lead and develop a team of estimators, ensuring our projects are accurately priced and competitive in the market. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of estimators to ensure accurate and timely project cost estimates - Develop and implement estimating strategies and processes to optimize project outcomes - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment - Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents - Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE - 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in using estimating software and tools WE VALUE - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Master's degree or professional certification - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to drive results and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Continuous learning mindset Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
