Role
As a Nested Area Partner you will own the local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and working hours – directly influencing your earnings. You will prospect, canvas, value, negotiate, and close transactions in the area you know best. Marketing is supported by Nested – you may do doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, or local newspaper advertising, with help from our marketing professionals at every step.
You will manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as the sole point of contact throughout clients’ Nested journeys. A smart selling app and in‑house support are at your disposal.
The commission structure rewards performance fairly: starting at 75 % of revenue and increasing to 100 % as you establish your business.
Requirements
* 5–10 years of top‑industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
* A clear strategy and ability to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic; client success drives your income.
* Deep local knowledge – you’ve lived in the area for years and know the best amenities, schools and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested values and a customer‑centric approach, delivering the best outcomes and experience for clients.
* Strong social media skills are a bonus; genuine enthusiasm to build your brand and engage with your community is expected.
