Creating Lasting Impressions: Welcome clients warmly, professionally, and passionately. Foster a luxurious atmosphere that embodies our brand’s essence.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship. Educate clients to help them make informed decisions.
Personalised Service: Build strong relationships, understand client preferences, and provide tailored recommendations. Help select the perfect piece for special occasions, ensuring memorable experiences.
Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass sales targets with a consultative approach. Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Collaborate on creating captivating displays and ensure the store remains immaculate and visually appealing.
Requirements:
* Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery
* Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous)
* Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging and connecting with clients
* Strong sales record with a history of meeting/exceeding targets
* Flexibility regarding working hours
