How You’ll Contribute
As a Software Project Lead, you'll combine technical delivery with team leadership, steering your team to success on complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team & Technical Leadership
Lead and support software teams (typically 5–10 engineers), ensuring technical excellence and healthy work-life balance.
* Project Delivery
Oversee planning, budgeting, integration, and delivery across the entire software lifecycle — from bid to support.
* Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities and presenting to leadership and international partners.
* Change & Cost Control
Manage project changes against agreed scope and budgets, ensuring clear communication and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
* Software Leadership Experience
Proven track record managing software teams and delivering complex projects through full development lifecycle.
* Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of C++ and C#, with bonus points for experience in Windows/Linux OS lockdown, HMI design, or automated testing.
