We arehiring a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company that’s generating high-quality inbound interest. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take qualified leads, run the discovery, deliver tailored demos, and close deals confidently.

The role:
* Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to close
* Work from a consistent stream of marketing-qualified warm leads
* Run consultative discovery calls to uncover needs and align solutions
* Deliver engaging product demos (remote and occasional in-person)
* Build tailored proposals and handle commercial negotiations
* Manage your pipeline with accuracy—using CRM for forecasting and follow-up
* Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
* Maintain momentum and pace across your active deals
The candidate:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or digital products however this isn't compulsary
* Confident running the entire sales cycle independently
* Skilled in delivering persuasive product demonstrations
* A strong closer with commercial awareness and negotiation ability
* Motivated by targets, with a structured and proactive approach
* Creative problem solver who brings fresh thinking to challenges
* Strong communicator—written, verbal, and visual
* Comfortable working remotely while staying self-driven and accountable
In return:
* up to £36,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £60k
