Due to continued growth within ourLanarkshire practices, we are seeking to recruitSalaried General Practitioners to join our established and supportive teams. We are currently recruitingup to 2 WTE salaried GP posts, withflexible working options available across ourLanarkshire sites. The Role The successful post-holder(s) will:
1. Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
2. Work collaboratively within a large, well-developed multidisciplinary team
3. Holdclinical responsibility for site
4. Provideclinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), including support for home visiting activity where clinically appropriate
5. Participate inshared Docman workflow and practice systems
6. Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and clinical priorities
7. Have the opportunity todevelop specialist interests, aligned with service needs and personal development goals
Multidisciplinary Team Support You will be supported by an extensive and expanding MDT, including:
8. GPs
9. Advanced Nurse Practitioners
10. Paramedics
11. Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
12. MSK Practitioner
13. Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
14. Pharmacotherapy Team
15. Dedicated Administrative Team and Office Supervisor

Person Specification Essential:
21. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
22. Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility)
