Our client is seeking a knowledgeable professional to support their UAS (Unmanned Air Systems) core delivery team. If you have a background working in military aerospace environments, particularly within UAVs, and hold an SC security clearance, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
Location: Bristol 2 to 3 days per week onsiteStart Date: As soon as possibleContract Length: Until 31 March 2026, with potential to extendDay Rate: £450 to £570 per day (ex VAT, Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of artefacts essential for UAS platforms, including Release To Service (RTS), Release To Service Recommendation (RTSR), and Air System Safety Case (ASSC).
Assist in airworthiness and certification activities, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Contribute to Type Airworthiness Safety Assessments (TASA) and Release to Service recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
Proven background in the Military aerospace environment.
Experience working within joint military and civil teams.
Desirable Skills
Experience in military UAV environment and related safety case production.
Familiarity with RTS/MilCam procedures.
Qualified Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status.
