Are you an experienced Asset Manager?
Do you have experience in the railway industry?
If so, TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join their team in London on a 6-month contract, paying up to £450 per day (outside IR35).
Key Accountabilities
1. Apply asset management strategy and policy.
2. Support the development and maintenance of the asset management system.
3. Support the development of integrated station plans (ISP), including all maintenance, renewal, and investment activities, ensuring they meet regulatory and business targets.
4. Support the ISO 55001 Asset Management System and annual certification.
5. Prepare maintenance, renewal, and enhancement remits specifying work requirements.
6. Contribute to optimizing maintenance, renewals, and enhancement proposals across the portfolio, coordinating with Network Rail and other third-party schemes.
7. Maintain the Integrated Systems Plan with regular updates on scheme status, start, and completion dates.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years experience in property asset management, ideally in the rail sector.
2. Chartered Engineer (Civil/Structural) or Building Surveyor (MCIOB), or equivalent degree qualification.
3. Knowledge of maintenance, safety, and performance standards related to stations.
4. Proven ability to support engineering activities and manage business plans.
5. Broad experience and knowledge of the transport industry.
