Facilities Manager
Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and repairs across the site
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, and contractors
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
Support budget planning and cost control
Coordinate refurbishments, relocations, and layout changes
Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
