A well:established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across Burnley, South Manchester, and the wider North West.

The Role
*
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
*
Surveying a range of commercial, industrial, and mixed:use properties
*
Identifying and assessing asbestos:containing materials on site
*
Producing clear, accurate, and compliant survey reports
*
Managing site visits and reporting deadlines effectively
*
Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
Requirements
*
BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
*
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
*
Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance
*
Comfortable working independently in a field:based role
*
Full UK driving licence
