URGENLTY NEEDED RECEPTIONIST FOR A BUSY PRACTICE IN BRADFORD
Receptionist
Dream Medical is currently working with a GP surgery in Bradford in recruiting a locum Medical Receptionist to work the front desk. The surgery would like to recruit a Medical Receptionist to work 5 days per week to start ASAP on a temporary 3 month basis with a view to turn into a permanent role.. Experience in the role in essential as no training provided. The site will expect the successful candidate to hit the ground running. They are split days am and pm.
Duties include:
* Audio typing
* Copy typing
* Inputting new referrals
* Dealing with patients face to face and phone calls
* Sending letters to patients
* Booking/changing appointments
Ideal candidates:
* Prior experience in a GP practice
* Used SYSTEM 1 software (not essential)
* Good customer service skills and telephone manner
* Proof of ID
* 2 x references from within the past 12 months
* Right to work
* DBS Check within 1 year
