Responsibilities
* Creating 3D CAD designs using SolidWorks that balance creativity with manufacturing practicality
* Collaborating with customers to understand briefs and design bespoke product solutions
* Supporting the development of new product concepts using in-house 3D printing technology
* Preparing detailed technical drawings, specification sheets, and assembly instructions
* Contributing to continuous improvement across the design and engineering processes
* Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality products that support the company?s continued growth and success.
Key Requirements
* Experience using SolidWorks in a product design or engineering role
* Strong 3D design skills with a focus on both creativity and practical application
* Experience preparing technical documentation including BOMs, exploded views, and spec sheets
* A hands-on mindset and the confidence to work with prototypes and customer-led design briefs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
