The Role
* Professional and clinical lead for area of clinical expertise and as required across NHS Lanarkshire / and/or sub specialty.
* Expert practitioner, providing professional leadership, support, and advice within the multi-disciplinary team across NHS Lanarkshire to ensure high standards of clinical care.
* Deliver highly specialist clinical interventions, teaching, training, consultation, and liaison to multidisciplinary, multi-agency professionals.
* Lead the development and implementation of a programme of clinical audit and research activity within the context of clinical governance.
* Contribute to the development and operation of professional/service strategy across NHS Lanarkshire, aiming to improve patient care and service quality.
* Strengthen professional contribution and decision-making in CAMHS development and interagency partnerships.
* Ensure inclusion of National CAMHS policy and strategy in service redesign/modernisation including partnership agendas.
* Provide advice, support, and contribute to staff education within the CAMH service.
* Line management responsibility when operating as senior manager / CAMHS Clinical manager.

Candidate Requirements
* Registered Nurse (NMC), Social Worker (HCPC), AHP, or Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology.
* Educated to Masters Level or equivalent in relevant field.
* Experience working in a CAMHS setting with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Management experience, including resource management, service planning, and performance monitoring.
* Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to develop teams/services.
* Working knowledge of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence required.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Postgraduate certificate/diploma in psychological therapy.
* Experience with needs assessment and data analysis.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize workload.
* Experience in developing innovative solutions and working in integrated services.

* Type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours)
* Location: Udston Hospital
