Our Cambridge-based client is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to drive the success of their Manufacturing department.
Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* While a technical background is advantageous, expertise in business, management, and leadership (ILM, CMI) or similar fields is particularly beneficial.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in project oversight, encompassing planning, execution, and resource management, with a focus on leading teams toward project objectives.
* Experience or training in managing team or project transitions, demonstrating the ability to guide teams through change effectively.
