Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic hardware for new products Improve and update existing designs in response to component obsolescence, regulatory requirements, cost reduction, and performance improvements Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues Produce design documentation, specifications, and manufacturing release documentation Research and evaluate new technologies and design approaches Build and test electronic prototypes Support testing, validation, and fault finding on complex electronic systems Skills & Experience Strong experience in electronic hardware design ( analogue and digital) Microcontroller development, including embedded firmware ( PIC experience beneficial) Experience designing schematics and PCBs, including high- speed or impedance- controlled boards Experience using professional PCB design tools ( e.
