* Currently operating as a Captain (recent command experience desirable)
* E‑Jet type rating desirable but not essential (NTR welcome)
* Command E170/E190 operations with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger comfort
* Lead, brief, and mentor multi‑disciplinary crews, fostering strong CRM and teamwork
* Execute fuel‑efficient, on‑time performance while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
* Demonstrate sound decision‑making in all phases of flight and across varying operating environments
* Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting and mitigating hazards through established systems
