Social Park Housing Limited is both a national mobile home manufacturer and landlord. With our factory based in Hull and our head office in Chertsey, Surrey, we manage a growing portfolio of homes across the country.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to support our expanding team. This role reports directly to the Repairs Manager and Directors and plays a vital part in ensuring our tenants receive a responsive and professional repairs service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day repair requests from tenants, ensuring timely and efficient responses
* Act as the first point of contact for all repair enquiries, providing clear and polite communication
* Log repair details, raise work orders, and assign jobs to contractors or in-house engineers
* Schedule appointments with tenants and ensure works are tracked from start to completion
* Follow up on outstanding repairs, liaising with contractors and updating tenants on progress
* Maintain accurate electronic records of repairs, assets, deliveries, and contractor performance
* Support the team with admin tasks such as processing orders, cancellations, and time extensions
* Assist with complaints handling where necessary

* Proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems
* A "can-do" attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
Desirable Knowledge/Experience:
* Health & Safety awareness
* Understanding of the Travelling community
* Awareness of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit processes
