Learning Support Assistant - Penzance Full-time | Term-time only | Primary & Secondary settings We're working with a number of inclusive, welcoming schools in and around Penzance who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. If you're patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young people thrive - this could be the role for you. These positions are ideal for those with experience supporting children with additional needs, or individuals looking to start a rewarding career in education. What you'll be doing: Providing 1:1 or small group support within the classroom Assisting learners with SEND, SEMH, or communication needs Helping pupils stay on task and access learning opportunities Working closely with teachers and other staff to support progress We're looking for people who: Have prior experience working with children or young people Are confident, compassionate, and calm under pressure Understand the importance of safeguarding and inclusion Are keen to make a lasting impact on a child's education Why work with Tradewind?
