About the Role:
We are working with a sought-after multidisciplinary design practice known for its innovative and complex projects across the globe, which is seeking an experienced Senior Computational Designer to join its thriving central London office.
As an accomplished designer, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience working exclusively on large-scale sports or stadium projects, with strong expertise in parametric design and a solid background in documenting stadium forms. The ideal candidate will be focused on the design and refinement of stadium bowl geometries, using parametric modelling and performance-based design approaches. You will play a crucial role in shaping key aspects of the visitor experience, ensuring a design that is both functional and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a larger team to design and refine bowl geometry for major sports and stadium projects
* Balance regulatory requirements with architectural goals in collaboration with the wider team
* Develop parametric models that integrate spatial, structural, and technical elements of the project
* Test and iterate design options, coordinating closely with internal teams and external consultants
* Collaborate effectively with engineers, MEP, external consultants and the client to ensure cohesive project delivery
Key Skills/Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on large-scale, complex projects within the sports sector or computational design
* Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper and Revit is necessary for the role
* Experience in Python and / or Dynamo would be beneficial
* Excellent use of 3D modelling skills
* Proven experience working through complex technical aspects of projects
* Strong understanding of parametric workflows and scripting languages
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
