Healthcare Support Worker - Complex Care
Employer: Superior Healthcare Location: Local community (home-based care)
About the Role Superior Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction. She benefits from carers who are warm, confident, and energetic, and who can build a trusting, supportive relationship. She enjoys a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, reading, and music (especially Foo Fighters!). She is non-verbal but communicates effectively through lip reading and Makaton, and will often guide her care team on what activities she would like to do - so carers should be happy to follow her lead and fully engage.
