Responsibilities
The post involves dealing with all aspects relating to the valuation, sale, acquisition and disposal of land/property. The successful candidate will lead in the provision of an effective valuation and property management service, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. The Council works together as “One Team” with a collaborative and customer focused culture in place. The post requires excellent communication and ICT skills and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines. The role covers the areas of commercial estate management and acquisitions/disposals.
