The Opportunity: Regional Manager (12-Month FTC)
The Regional Manager is a senior leadership role within Right Legal Group, responsible for overseeing multiple branches and leading a network of Branch Managers, advisory and administrative teams. This role plays a critical part in driving regional performance, enhancing client experience, and supporting the firmâs growth strategy.
The Regional Manager is accountable for developing and executing strategic plans that improve service delivery, maximise revenue, and ensure operational excellence across the region. With a strong focus on leadership visibility, the role involves regular branch visits, site audits, and direct engagement with teams to uphold brand standards and regulatory compliance.
The Regional Manager also contributes to business planning through performance analysis, reporting, and commentary for leadership and board-level review. Additionally, the role oversees the opening of new branches and ensures advisor capacity is aligned with client demand across the network.
đ What Youâll Do: Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Development
* Lead, coach, and support a team of Branch Managers across the region to deliver high performance and consistent client outcomes.
* Conduct regular regional leadership meetings, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with Right Legal Groupâs values.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning across branches to build strong, capable teams.
* Work closely with HR, Training, and Compliance to ensure consistent standards and engagement across the region.
* Be an active member of the leadership team driving innovation
Client Engagement
* Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance client satisfaction and deliver a consistent, brand-aligned client journey.
* Monitor client feedback across branches and third-party platforms, using insights to drive service improvements.
* Ensure all branches maintain professional, welcoming environments that reflect the firmâs brand and ethos.
* Oversee the facilitation of internal client surveys and CSAT reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Compliance & governance
* Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
* Collaborate with legal services and compliance teams to uphold SRA requirements and mitigate operational risk.
* Monitor documentation workflows and audit results to maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability.
* Work closely with the Legal Services department to ensure best practices are consistently applied across advisory teams, and that relevant improvements are implemented to strengthen compliance and service quality
Performance & Commercial Impact
* Review regional performance trends and generate actionable insights to improve outcomes.
* Maximise revenue growth through strategic planning, sales conversion, and product uptake across branches.
* Monitor and report on KPIs including client satisfaction, compliance, conversion rates, and financial performance.
* Develop and deliver performance commentary and reporting for leadership and board-level review.
* Identify and implement commercial initiatives that enhance productivity, profitability, and client engagement.
Community Engagement
* Act as a visible ambassador for Right Legal Group across the region, building relationships with local communities and organisations.
* Support and participate in community events to raise brand awareness and deepen engagement.
* Deliver regional campaigns and outreach initiatives that promote business growth and reinforce the firmâs mission.

* You have proven experience in leading multi-site operations or regional teams within a client-focused, regulated environment.
* You have demonstrated success in managing and developing senior leaders, including Branch Managers and advisory teams.
* You possess strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute growth, client experience, and performance improvement strategies.
* Have a strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue, sales conversion, and product uptake across multiple locations.
* You have experience in interpreting performance data to generate insights and drive operational and commercial improvements
* You have a high-level understanding of compliance and governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trust across diverse teams.
* You are comfortable producing board-level reporting and commentary that informs strategic decision-making.
* You have strong project management skills, including overseeing new branch openings and resource planning.
* You have high visibility leadership style, with a proactive approach to site visits, audits, and team engagement.
