Salary: up to £31k per annum depending on direct relevant experience
Depot based: Atherstone on Stour
Development Pathway: Supply Chain, Operations Planning, CI, Operations, Logistics
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 7am – 4pm

Success will be measured by adopting lean thinking and its direct impact on increasing efficiency, capacity, reducing costs, improve quality and increase margin.
OPE Requirements
* Qualified in Lean Manufacturing with minimum 2 years’ work experience in relevant field
* Work experience within fast paced production line environment critical.
* Living within commuting distance of this on premises role
Skills And Competencies
* Ability to write and effectively communicate reports, procedures, trends and data insights.
* Strong communication skills developed from working directly within a demanding industry and business.
* Proven problem solving analysis skills
* Advanced abilities using the Microsoft package and ERP systems
* Knowledge of SQL
* Efficient large data handling, analytics and statistical management
