An established, global real estate investment manager is seeking an Asset Manager to support value creation across a high-quality retail portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional with strong retail warehouse experience and advanced financial modelling capability to join a highly regarded platform. Working closely with senior asset managers, you will provide analytical and strategic support across assets under management, acquisitions, refinancings and dispositions.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and maintaining detailed property cash flow and investment models (Excel-based) to support budgeting, valuation and investment decisions
Supporting annual budgeting and business plan preparation, including review of operating partner submissions
Analysing market data to assess asset positioning and competitive pricing within retail warehouse markets
Assisting with underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
Preparing valuation support materials and liaising with third-party appraisers and brokers
Supporting lender reporting requirements including DSCR and LTV covenant analysis
Assisting with preparation of pitchbooks, investment memoranda and deal room materials
Participating in periodic site visits to assess asset condition and operational performance
Candidate Profile:
5+ years' experience within commercial real estate
Strong exposure to retail warehouse assets (essential)
Experience in financial analysis, asset management, leasing/marketing oversight and strategic execution
Degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills (Argus experience advantageous)
Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and ability to operate with minimal supervision
