Estimator
Salary £45 - £60k
OverviewMy client is currently looking for an Estimator / Surveyor to join a forever-growing commercial team in the new build sector. This is a great opportunity for somebody to continue and grow their new-build construction career, specifically in surveying and estimating.
Estimator - Responsibilities
* Measurement/take-offs from tender drawings.
* Preparation & submission of tender bids, including a review of scopes, specifications and all other tender documentation.
* Attending post-tender/pre-start meetings.
* Checking contractual/order documents.
* Pricing drawing revisions.
* Management of variation accounts.
* Liaising with Contracts Managers regularly.
Estimator - Experience
* Experience in the new-build construction sector is essential.
* Experience in Carpentry would be preferred.
* 5+ Years of experience as an Estimator or Surveyor required.
