Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Shropshire Salary/Package: Up to £90,000 Car Allowance Bonus Scheme Pension Generous Holiday Allowance The Contracts Manager Role: A respected new-build housing developer in Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of 3–4 live housing sites across the region. This is a key role within the construction team, ensuring that schemes are delivered to programme, budget and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple developments, supporting Site Managers, driving performance, resolving issues on site and ensuring compliance with health and safety and company procedures.
