Role Description
The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, showcasing Click N Create's services, and closing sales to achieve individual and team sales targets. Daily tasks include building relationships with clients, presenting tailored solutions, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the marketing and development teams. This is a full-time, hybrid off‑site position. Compensation is commission-based for each real client.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and building client relationships
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and website development
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
* Basic knowledge of branding, design, and web hosting is a plus
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking methods
* Experience in a sales or customer‑facing role
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
