As Head Pastry Chef, you will take full ownership of the pastry section, leading a team of two and creating elegant, beautifully balanced desserts that perfectly complement the restaurants modern French-inspired menus.

7 shifts per week over 5 days (2 doubles, 2 earlies and 1 late)

Responsibilities as Head Pastry Chef
Leading and inspiring the pastry section while maintaining exceptional standards
Designing and producing elegant desserts, pastries, and petit fours
Ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is beautifully presented and consistent
Managing the pastry team and maintaining a well organised section
Working closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and new ideas
