Head of Building Services / Building Services Director – Data Centres

The Opportunity
The business is strengthening its leadership within the Data Centre division and seeking a Head of Building Services / Building Services Director to oversee all MEP activity across upcoming schemes.
This role will take full responsibility for:
* Leading the building services strategy across tendering, design, delivery and commissioning
* Providing technical leadership to MEP teams and ensuring best-in-class delivery
* Supporting the development of robust pre-construction solutions
* Championing commissioning excellence and operational readiness
* Steering resource planning, team growth and technical capability across the division
You’ll report at a senior level and shape how the business delivers complex data centre projects over the next several years.
Background They’re Looking For
This position would suit someone who has:
* Successfully led MEP or building services delivery on data centre projects
* Experience working across the full lifecycle — from tender and pre-con through to commissioning
* Strong technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, and critical systems
* A proven ability to manage teams, coordinate specialist subcontractors and maintain high technical standards
