The Admissions Service is currently seeking to appoint an Admissions Administration Team Lead on a full time, maternity cover, basis for months. Leading theAdmissions Administration Team, you will contribute to the delivery of the operational plan and goals of the Admissions Service, by providing an effective and efficient, customer centred applicant experience. Supporting both internal and external stakeholders you will provide advice and guidance on admissions policies and processes to facilitate a joined up approach for our potential students.
Educated to HND level or equivalent relevant experience you will have a proven track record in service delivery and meeting KPI’s at a supervisory level with a highly motivated and focussed team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as strong IT skills.
