About the Role
We are seeking aSupported Employment Team Leaderto provide strong, visible leadership to a team of Employment Specialists delivering IPS and Supported Employment services across the West Midlands.
This is a hands-on leadership role with clear accountability forteam performance, service quality, employment outcomes, and fidelity to the IPS model. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring services are fully embedded within local health, community, and employment systems.
You will play a key role in driving employer engagement, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred employment support that leads to sustained paid work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Supported Employment / IPS Employment Specialists
2. Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and field-based mentoring
3. Drive performance against KPIs, employment outcomes, and IPS fidelity standards
