Work alongside major brands and fast-track your career in HR Consulting – no prior HR experience required. We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused individual with a keen interest in employment law to join one of the UK’s leading consultancies.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Starting at £27,000, you’ll have the opportunity to earn an extra £2,000 after 6 months and another £2,000 after 12 months service, taking your salary to £31,000.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver face-to-face and virtual appointments to understand and resolve client documentation issues
2. Provide expert guidance on HR and Legal enquiries via video call, phone, and email
3. Draft and review legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
4. Ensure all clients receive an efficient, professional, and proactive service
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5. A proactive and creative approach to problem solving
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
7. Flexibility and confidence when working under pressure
8. Previous customer service experience (face-to-face or telephone, B2B preferred)
9. A willingness to learn, research and interpret Employment Law
