Salary: £47,000 - 47,000 per year Requirements: We want someone with a solid understanding of core cyber security principles. We are looking for familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. We want experience with modern security tools such as endpoint protection, email security, or SIEM technologies. Experience working in a support or operational environment would help you hit the ground running. We are especially interested in people who can demonstrate that they live our values and behaviours. We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and motivated learner who wants to grow in cyber security. Responsibilities: We will have you support the technology and monitoring capabilities that protect Specsavers from cyber threats every day. You will operate and support security tools. You will help onboard and validate log sources. You will keep our security monitoring services running smoothly. When alerts or incidents occur, you will work with infrastructure, cloud, application, and engineering teams to support remediation and escalate when needed. You will help keep our documentation clear and current. You will share ideas that improve how we work. You will build strong foundations in security tooling and incident response. You will gain exposure to on-prem, cloud, and internet-facing environments.
