Careerlink are seeking an experienced General Manager who will oversee all operations in a defined location, ensuring strategic and operational objectives are met.
Working closely with the Regional Operations Director and lead the operations team, while liaising with commissioners and key stakeholders.
Salary: £55k - £60k

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead contact for defined contracts, managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Lead and manage all staff and activities within your team.
Drive culture change, maintaining operational service standards and commercial targets.
Oversee performance management of contracts.Detailed Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain processes using continuous improvement practices.
Manage the operations teams (transport, logistics/warehouse, customer services) and provide full line management.
Organize ongoing training to ensure service standards and operational objectives are met.
Liaise with commissioners and partners to provide feedback and reports.
Ensure KPIs are met and service expectations are achieved.
Manage relationships with local authorities, NHS services, and other agencies for effective partnership working.Requirements:
Expertise in Operations, Commercial, or General Management.
Knowledge of ICES service offerings or related healthcare operations.
Experience in logistics, transport, and customer service protocols.
Strong team player with people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable:
Senior stakeholder management experience.
Business development experience.
