A respected Microsoft Partner in the UK is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Consultant with a strong background in finance and experience delivering solutions within the construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy practice delivering innovative ERP projects across the UK.
Role Overview:
As a D365BC Consultant, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the successful delivery of D365 Business Central implementations. You’ll bring your industry insight and finance expertise to advise clients within the construction sector on best practices, ensuring systems are aligned with commercial and operational needs.
Location:
UK-wide role with flexible remote or hybrid working. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary:
Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements to implement D365 Business Central solutions across the full project lifecycle
Gather and analyse business requirements with a focus on finance, project costing, and operational workflows
Configure and customise D365BC modules to meet client needs, particularly within construction and project-based environments
Deliver workshops, user training, and post-implementation support
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless delivery
Contribute to internal solution design standards, pre-sales activity, and project scoping
Key Requirements:
Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in consultancy or end-user environments
Strong functional understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and budgeting
Practical experience delivering solutions within the construction or project-based services industry
Excellent client-facing skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Familiarity with construction-specific modules or ISVs (e.g. job costing, subcontractor management, CIS) is highly desirable
Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Full right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available
