Are you passionate about leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver personalised, strengths-based support for adults in Warwickshire? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.

About the Role

As Team Manager, you will:

1. Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, overseeing day-to-day operations, caseload allocation, and performance.
2. Be accountable for implementing strategies to address performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
3. Lead on complex casework, including adult safeguarding responsibilities.
4. Authorise assessments, support plans, risk assessments, and mental capacity assessments.
5. Approve budget requests for care packages in line with delegated authority.
6. Oversee OT pathways, promoting reablement, equipment, and assistive technology to ensure cost-effective, preventative support.
7. Respond to complaints and quality issues, maintaining strong links with local agencies and partners.
8. Monitor and audit service quality, ensuring best practice and ongoing service development.

About You

You will have:

9. A professional qualification (or equivalent) and current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the HCPC, with substantial post-qualification experience.
10. Experience supervising and managing a team, including conducting formal appraisals.
11. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and develop effective solutions.
12. Experience in complex case management, including safeguarding and multi-agency working.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
14. Experience managing budgets and monitoring financial accounts.
15. A commitment to continuous service improvement and best practice.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You must be able to work flexibly across Warwickshire and be available to deputise for the Operations Manager as required.
