Are you an experienced Recruitment Officer looking for your next opportunity? I'm supporting a fantastic, values-driven organisation in Surrey that is looking for someone to join their HR team on a 3-6 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start.
This is a great role if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What you'll be doing
You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process, including:
* Creating engaging job adverts and managing applications
* Coordinating shortlisting and interviews
* Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
* Conducting compliance checks including DBS and references
* Producing offer letters, contracts and managing on-boarding documentation
* Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
* Supporting with recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives
What my client is looking for
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently with hiring managers and candidates
* Someone who can start quickly and hit the ground running
* Able to work in Redhill 3 days per week
* A positive, proactive, can-do attitude
