Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (Up to £29,000 OTE)
Hours: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

What you’ll do
In return for providing fantastic service to our customers, we offer a full package of perks and the opportunity to support one of our long-time automotive partners, Kia. The job is fast-paced, with lots of calls, emails, and messages every day, and tight deadlines. You’ll need sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You’ll handle customer questions and issues and work to resolve them, often on the first contact.
You’ll also need resilience. People usually call Customer Service when they need help, so be ready to handle tricky calls with a can-do attitude, professionalism, and a smile. If you’re curious, always asking why and eager to learn, this could be your dream job. You’ll receive training and ongoing support.
