About the Role
We are seeking a

Business Development Manager

to spearhead growth within the

Beauty, Fashion and Health sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, focusing on fast-growing e-commerce businesses that need cutting-edge 3PL, fulfilment, and delivery solutions.
This is a high-profile, new business role for someone who loves to hunt, build relationships, and deliver results.
What Youll Do
Identify, engage, and win new e-commerce clients in target sectors.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (founders, operations leaders, and supply chain heads).
Deliver tailored pitches and proposals that highlight innovative fulfilment and delivery solutions.
Work closely with internal operations and customer teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Track, manage, and forecast pipeline using modern CRM tools.
What Were Looking For
Proven track record in

business development / new client acquisition

within

3PL, fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics .
Strong knowledge of the

e-commerce ecosystem

and how brands scale internationally.
Consultative sales style, with the ability to understand complex client needs and present tailored solutions.
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
A natural relationship builder with the credibility to engage at senior levels.
